Chamberlain Consulting Ltd is a full service bilingual training, Public Relations and consulting firm operating in Belize as its principal location. We operate on a social entrepreneurship model. For every paid consultancy, we provide a matching philanthropical endeavor.

The lead Consultants are Dionne Chamberlain Miranda Ph.D., Trudy Swazo, Reginald Chamberlain MICE and Victor Miranda P.Eng. who is our CEO. We outsource to a high cadre of screened external consultants when specific expertise is needed to meet client outcomes.

 

We are bilingual Speakers/Consultants with nearly 20 years of Strategic Alignment experience managing Human Resources, Talent Management, Sales, Public Relations, Community & Visibility Strategies and marketing efforts for telecommunications, Financial industry, Tourism Industry, local government and private sector agencies and NGO’s.

 

We have a demonstrated ability to listen to client’s needs, develop solutions, build trust and respect with stakeholders and beneficiaries to gain buy in, inclusion and shared visioning. Our team has been employed in various capacities within the Belizean environment and served on various governmental and nongovernmental boards and committees.

We have a total of five professionals in the field with the ability to reach out and pull in support as per expertise required.

 

The organization focuses on the identification and development of human potential using behavioral science/psychology and personal desire as the catalyst for change. 14 days to break habits, 60 days creating addictions as well as the ADKAR model requiring reinforcement of behavior. It uses self-mastery, emotional intelligence, NLP, and visioning to guide its participants (known as Potentialists) to live their purpose and achieve their vision after goal setting. Organizational leaders are then indoctrinated with Ubuntu (We vs I) leadership with mentoring
